On February 14, 2026, Al-Quds Specialized Hospital welcomed a delegation from the occupied Palestinian territories to learn about the hospital’s needs and medical services, amid limited available support and the need to further strengthen its healthcare capabilities.
The delegation was received by the hospital administration and medical staff, along with the General Assembly of the Wadi Al-Nis Charitable Society, led by its founder, Waleed Abu Hammad, as well as a number of local residents. The visit included a tour of the hospital’s departments, providing the delegation with an opportunity to learn about its key achievements and the main challenges it continues to face.
The hospital has also installed the signage for the Al-Amira Maternity Department, which is currently undergoing final preparations and equipment installation ahead of its planned opening. The department is expected to enhance maternal and child healthcare services in the area.
